At Howdy Brewer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing supplies and ingredients. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened, non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and fragile equipment is properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the items back to our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
